Swollen ankles - any remedies?

I'm 30 weeks and my ankles are so swollen by the end of the day. I've tried elevating my feet but it's not helping much. Any suggestions for relief?

Try compression socks during the day, and soak your feet in cool water with Epsom salt in the evening. Also, reduce sodium in your diet and stay hydrated!
